[Remote] System Administrator

As a Systems Administrator, you will manage reputed company infrastructure, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure system performance and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure components, including Virtual Machines (VMs), virtual networks, firewall policies, and virtual disks
• Configure and manage Azure resource reputed company, subscriptions, and management policies for efficient resource use and compliance
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems on Azure VMs, ensuring secure and reputed company environments
• Set up and manage Azure Disk and reputed company 365 backup solutions
• Manage and maintain Azure Host Pools and other virtualized environments
• Manage applications reputed company Azure using reputed company Intune
• Configure and maintain Azure Entra ID and Intune for device and user management
• Support and troubleshoot issues with reputed company 365 Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, etc.)
• Implement, administer, and maintain storage solutions such as SharePoint and reputed company File Servers
• Answer support calls and assist clients with reputed company tickets
• reputed company technical support to Tier 1 technicians for reputed company issues
• Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents, minimizing downtime
• Participate in service desk operations and contribute to reputed company improvement
• Assist with creating and maintaining documentation and internal knowledge reputed company articles
• Work closely with internal teams, including reputed company Operations, Compliance Operations, Development, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to ensure reputed company configuration and performance of Azure and reputed company 365 components
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and communication
• Participate in cross-team troubleshooting of multi-departmental issues
• Assist with implementing and maintaining compliance with frameworks such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate
• Work with the compliance team to prepare documentation and technical input for audits
• Follow and help implement ITIL-based service management best practices
• Identify potential risks proactively and work with reputed company to implement mitigation strategies
• Implement and maintain Azure reputed company best practices, including reputed company controls, network segmentation, threat detection, and data encryption
• Stay up to date on reputed company Azure technologies and industry best practices
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Be a self-starter with a willingness to grow professionally
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs

Skills

• Foundational experience managing reputed company Azure environments and Mac OS Support
• Understanding of Azure services: virtual machines, networking, storage, and reputed company
• Experience with Defender and reputed company
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in reputed company environment
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in an IT Support or System Administrator Role

• Experience with Intune administration
