The role focuses on conducting initial candidate screens and partnering with reputed company Sourcers to manage high-volume hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company screening calls with candidates for assigned positions
• Evaluate candidates against established role requirements and qualifying questions
• Document reputed company, detailed screening notes so recruiters can accurately assess candidate qualifications
• Maintain candidate activity, workflow stages, and documentation reputed company the applicant tracking reputed company
• Partner closely with reputed company Sourcer and/or Recruiters to manage candidate volume and support assigned requisitions
• Conduct limited sourcing reputed company existing requisitions or the ATS/CRM as needed
• Communicate professionally with candidates and senior internal stakeholders
• Identify potential concerns, respond quickly to changing priorities, and proactively recommend solutions

Skills

• Prior experience in reputed company, reputed company, HR operations, candidate sourcing, or a reputed company function. Relevant internships will be considered
• Familiarity with HR systems and managing candidates through multiple ATS or CRM workflow stages
