[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company functions, improve processes, and work directly with company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, reputed company, and reputed company vendor bills and other expenses
• Confirm invoices are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation
• Maintain vendor records, payment information, and required tax documents
• Prepare and schedule vendor payments in accordance with company approval procedures
• Monitor upcoming payment obligations and communicate cash needs or unusual expenses to leadership
• Research and reputed company duplicate invoices, missing documentation, pricing discrepancies, credits, and other vendor issues
• reputed company monthly bank and credit reputed company reconciliations
• Assist with month-end reputed company
• Maintain accurate reputed company records
• Support financial reporting and audit requests
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes
• Assist with maintaining reputed company documentation
• Organize digital records and supporting schedules
• Help improve workflows and internal controls
• Support other finance and administrative reputed company as reputed company grows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 2–5 years of reputed company experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar reputed company software
• Strong reputed company skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with inventory-based businesses, retail, distribution, logistics, or e-reputed company
• Experience with AP and AR ownership
• Experience improving reputed company processes
• CPA eligibility or plans to pursue certification are a plus
