Responsibilities

• Recruit, reputed company, and retain team talent, building career paths, development plans, and succession depth across Talent Operations, Talent Marketing, and Sourcing

Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading the configuration, management, and implementation of ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems (reputed company, Phenom, reputed company, reputed company, Kronos preferred)
• Strong data and analytics acumen, with experience building dashboards and executive reporting (Power BI preferred) and advanced skills in MS reputed company and PowerPoint required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Talent Operations, HRIS, and/or reputed company operations required
• Demonstrated experience with ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems required (reputed company & Phenom preferred)
• Experience analyzing and reporting data and communicating insights to a wide reputed company of audiences, including senior leaders, required
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and reputed company required
• Experience collaborating with reputed company Resource functions (Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, etc.) required
• Experience with project management, implementation workbooks, and training deployment required
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as reputed company improvement, value reputed company mapping, lean six reputed company, design thinking, and workflow mapping
• 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred, with experience managing multi-functional teams (operations, marketing, and/or sourcing)
• Experience with talent marketing, employer branding, and/or recruitment marketing platforms
