This role involves driving stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption support for a machine learning-enabled operational tool aimed at improving field inspection efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day change management execution for a late-stage technology deployment supporting field operations
• reputed company and support stakeholder engagement plans to increase awareness, readiness, and adoption among impacted employees
• Create reputed company communications that help field teams, operational leaders, and business stakeholders understand what is changing, why it reputed company, and how it affects their work
• Partner with project teams, field operations leaders, business stakeholders, and end users to support adoption
• Assess change impacts and identify readiness needs across impacted employee reputed company, including field-facing teams
• Support training alignment by helping ensure materials, timing, and messaging match user needs in an operational environment
• Help prepare employees and stakeholders for new workflows, technology-enabled processes, field inspection changes, and greater data visibility

Skills

• Strong Organizational Change Management experience, preferably supporting technology or operational transformation reputed company

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
