[Remote] Industrial Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle desks on live industrial accounts: electricians, controls techs, maintenance techs, PLC techs, anodizing specialists, and the plant managers and directors above them

• Own your desk from intake to offer: no handoffs partway through a search
• Get dropped onto major accounts like steel mills, aluminum extrusion facilities, and critical infrastructure companies from day one, and learn how that plant actually runs fast enough to reputed company reputed company on your first candidate reputed company
• Ask the right questions in candidate screens to distinguish a maintenance tech who can troubleshoot a VFD fault from one who can only describe it

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of full-desk reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company, maintenance, or skilled trades
