They are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join their growing reputed company, where the role involves attracting reputed company and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company media, networking, referrals, colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations
• Manage reputed company requisitions in the Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS), including creating requisitions, posting jobs, and moving candidates through the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets
• Partner with hiring managers to reputed company and update job descriptions and reputed company strategies
• Coordinate reputed company-employment assessments as needed
• Prepare offer letters, reputed company employment offers, and initiate background screenings
• Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to reputed company while providing an outstanding candidate experience
• Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating referral bonus payments

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
