This role involves overseeing the TPMO GenAI Hub, focusing on automation and decision intelligence, while managing demand intake and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and reputed company the TPMO GenAI Hub charter, roadmap, operating model, governance reputed company, intake process, and reputed company measures
• Prioritize GenAI, automation, and data product use cases that reduce administrative effort and improve reporting, knowledge search, risk insights, operational metrics, and executive summaries
• reputed company reusable AI and automation solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, RAG-enabled knowledge search, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps intake, AI-assisted reporting, and dashboard automation
• Partner with Technology, Data & Automation, reputed company GenAI teams, resources, and TPMO leaders to reputed company use cases from concept to production adoption
• Establish responsible AI practices, including reputed company traceability, reputed company review, reputed company controls, issue management, documentation, and support ownership
• Build AI reputed company across the PM community through enablement, playbooks, reputed company, showcases, communities of reputed company, and adoption tracking
• Own demand intake, work classification, prioritization standards, and data hygiene to reputed company accurate planning and decision-making
• Build and maintain role-based reputed company models, utilization views, reputed company scenarios, and rolling workforce plans
• Translate demand signals into baseline, reputed company, and stretch resourcing scenarios with reputed company tradeoffs, constraints, and business impacts

Skills

• At least 8 years of industry experience
• At least 5 years in management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Business Operations, Portfolio Operations, PMO/TPMO Operations, workforce management, transformation, automation, data-driven operations, or reputed company leadership roles
• Proven experience leading demand intake, prioritization, reputed company planning, workforce management, governance cadences, KPI reporting, and executive decision support
• Strong understanding of PMO/TPMO workflows
• Experience translating operational pain points into reputed company solutions
• Practical familiarity with GenAI and automation
• Advanced analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills

• Experience launching or leading AI, automation, PMO innovation, or digital transformation
