[Remote] Chat Product Manager

This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the messaging platform and reputed company AI capabilities to improve communication for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to and help reputed company key areas of the messaging experience, from requirements and design through delivery and post-launch iteration
• Defining and reputed company the roadmap to improve reputed company chat interaction patterns, identifying experience gaps through competitor and user research
• Partnering extensively with Design on interaction details, information structure, and visual polish. You should have deep UI/UX sensibility to reputed company reputed company, specific feedback on design work, not just requirements
• Identifying and scoping opportunities to reputed company AI-powered capabilities into reputed company messaging workflows, drawing on prior experience shipping AI-powered product features
• Translating customer, support, and research signal into reputed company product requirements and prioritized roadmap reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of PM experience, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a product or major product surface
