[Remote] Annuity Operations Analyst

The Annuity Operations Analyst will support efficiency and accuracy across the annuity product lifecycle by identifying process breakdowns and implementing operational changes while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Identify process breakdowns across annuity operations, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis on variances, exceptions, and NIGO drivers, and recommend operational corrective actions with reputed company reputed company
• Map operational processes end-to-end, quantify bottlenecks and waste, and build the business case for improvement initiatives tied to time, cost, reputed company, and operational performance
• Partner with operations leads to design, reputed company, and roll out process changes; measure reputed company/post reputed company and codify updated operational procedures
• Partner with Data / IT / Technology to improve operational data reputed company at the reputed company and reduce reliance on reputed company reporting

• Support reputed company-based volume forecasting and reputed company planning — maintaining transaction rates, workload multipliers, seasonality factors, and productivity standards used by leadership to plan reputed company
• Help operations leadership maintain the department's operational FMEA and execute against reputed company peak events
• Support operations-reputed company readiness for product, regulatory, reputed company, tax, and technology changes led by the functional owners — translating their requirements into updated processes and procedures and partnering with Operations Trainers on any training needs

Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in annuity reputed company, death claims processing and regulatory compliance is required
• Demonstrated experience contributing to process improvement initiatives with reputed company reputed company
• Proven reputed company record in reputed company-cause analysis ideally with Lean Six reputed company concepts
• Strong business acumen in a highly regulatory environment
• Ability to influence and reputed company change across functional lines of businesses
• Prior experience with claim event lifecycle including; death claim annuitization, surrenders, partial withdrawals and RMDs and 1035 exchanges
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance or Insurance or equivalent work experience in annuity claims processing
