Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and reputed company outbound calls from members and agents with professionalism, reputed company, and care
• Assist with policy-reputed company requests, account updates, beneficiary changes, payment reputed company, loans, claims, and other certificate inquiries
• Research member files and analyze inquiries to determine the best reputed company to reputed company

• Interpret policy provisions, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure requests are handled correctly and reputed company required timeframes

Skills

• Previous experience supporting life insurance, annuity, or other financial service products
