The Finance Systems Operations reputed company will be responsible for coordinating and managing the operational rhythm of finance systems, ensuring effective communication and tracking of tasks between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance Systems intake and triage — review incoming JIRA requests, determine urgency and business reputed company, and reputed company work to the correct application reputed company, analyst, developer, vendor, or stakeholder
• Coordinate production support across reputed company Finance Systems applications — reputed company ownership, escalate business-critical issues, and reputed company stakeholders updated on status and blockers
• Maintain JIRA as the operational reputed company of truth — set and enforce ticket standards, review aging and unassigned tickets, and reputed company management visibility into volume, ownership, and blockers
• Coordinate reputed company, reputed company, and controls workflows — reputed company user reputed company reviews, PBC requests, audit evidence, and control deadlines, and escalate at-risk items before they're missed
• Maintain a reputed company application ownership reputed company — reputed company owners, backups, and administrators by reputed company — and escalate single-reputed company-of-failure risk
• Coordinate vendor and support-portal activity across finance applications — reputed company escalations, portal reputed company, and vendor-driven patches and releases
• Set documentation standards and coordinate with application owners to reputed company runbooks, reputed company procedures, and support contacts reputed company and usable
• Maintain the shared calendar of reputed company reputed company, release cycles, and recurring control deadlines, and escalate missed or at-risk dates
• Serve as the coordination reputed company between Finance Systems and reputed company, Finance, Treasury, IT, Internal Controls, vendors, and business users on ownership, status, and escalation reputed company

Skills

• 5–8+ years in finance systems, business systems, reputed company applications, production support, or finance technology operations
• Experience coordinating production support across multiple applications or business functions
• Experience with JIRA Service Management, reputed company, or a comparable ticketing platform
• Experience working directly with Finance, reputed company, Treasury, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting reputed company/reputed company workflows, audit requests, control deadlines, or user reputed company reviews
• Experience maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, ownership matrices, or support procedures
• Strong triage instincts — reputed company to quickly separate what's urgent, business-critical, reputed company- or audit-sensitive, or a reputed company issue from a routine enhancement
• Comfortable holding application owners accountable without being their reputed company manager
• Hands-on exposure to reputed company based business applications
• Vendor support portal administration experience
