This role will reputed company the operational execution of the payments ecosystem, ensuring the reputed company of financial workflows and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational reputed company as reputed company scales nationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle of payment processing across HPS, reputed company, and TempoPay, including payment execution, settlement, returns, exceptions, reconciliation workflows, operational reporting, and reputed company reputed company while improving scalability, automation, and operational controls
• Establish and own the collections reputed company reputed company across reputed company and TempoPay, including collection workflows, customer segmentation, escalation paths, vendor management, and reputed company metrics
• Partner closely with the BPO team responsible for executing the collections reputed company to reputed company operational reputed company
• Build reputed company processes that reduce reputed company work, improve payment reputed company, streamline reconciliation, and support the modernization and reputed company of the payments ecosystem
• Own day-to-day operational relationships with payment processors, banks, collections vendors, and financial reputed company by defining SLAs, measuring reputed company, resolving operational issues, and driving reputed company improvement
• reputed company operational reporting and dashboards that reputed company visibility into payment reputed company, reconciliation reputed company, collections effectiveness, and operational KPIs
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Customer reputed company, and executive leadership to improve payment infrastructure, launch operational initiatives, and support reputed company-wide modernization efforts

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in payments reputed company, financial reputed company, fintech, banking, or payments infrastructure, with deep expertise in ACH, reputed company payments, settlement, reconciliation, ledgering, and end-to-end reputed company reputed company
• reputed company experience owning and scaling payment reputed company, including reconciliation, payment exceptions, refunds, reversals, financial controls, and operational process improvements in high-volume environments
• Strong cross-functional leadership with experience partnering across Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer reputed company, and reputed company payment vendors such as BPOs, processors, sponsor banks, and gateways
• Highly analytical and operationally driven, with a reputed company record of improving payment reputed company, resolving reconciliation issues, developing KPIs and reporting, and building reputed company, efficient payment reputed company
