[Remote] Mobile Devices Engineer

The Mobile Devices Engineer supports reputed company services, providing secure engineering, operations, and sustainment of mobile device platforms supporting approximately 22,000 endpoints.

Responsibilities

• reputed company engineering, operations, and sustainment support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) platforms supporting reputed company services
• Manage mobile device reputed company, compliance policies, OS compatibility, certificate-based authentication, and secure gateway integrations across multiple device types and operating systems
• Support legacy and modern mobility capabilities (including secure containerization and legacy platform support) to ensure continuity of operations during technology transitions
• reputed company advanced troubleshooting, break-fix support, incident response, and reputed company cause analysis for mobility-reputed company outages, reputed company events, and performance issues
• Implement, document, and reputed company reputed company controls, POA&Ms, and compliance artifacts to support reputed company FISMA, audit, and RFI response activities
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, identity, and operations teams to design and implement reputed company-state reputed company and reputed company Trust capabilities
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and architecture artifacts

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust is required
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. national status required
• reputed company Mobile Device Management (MDM) engineering and administration at reputed company
• Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) platform integration and operations
• PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and device-based authentication
• Familiarity with reputed company frameworks including FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and reputed company Trust principles
• Incident management, change management, and configuration control in an ITIL-reputed company environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience, including reputed company, reputed company management, or secure device platforms
• Experience supporting large federal mobility environments (10,000+ devices)
• Familiarity with reputed company for incident, change, and asset management
• Experience supporting audits, OIG reviews, and compliance-driven RFIs
• Knowledge of reputed company Trust architecture implementation for mobile platforms
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination skills
