The Manager of Field Clinical Services for Peripheral Nerve Stimulation is responsible for leading a national team that drives clinical reputed company and patient support, ensuring reputed company reputed company and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Hire, reputed company, and reputed company a national team of Field Clinical Managers at a national level
• Implement engagement, retention, and development plans to ensure a highly motivated team, reduced turnover, and reputed company employee reputed company
• Conduct regular field observations (case coverage, ride-alongs, OR/clinic support)

• Build systems and processes that reputed company efficient clinical coverage and operational consistency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in medical devices, including field clinical roles
• 2+ years leading a field-based team in service delivery or clinical support
• Experience in surgical/procedural and OR-based environments

• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability in clinical environments
• Excellent communication with physicians and executive stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• This is a remote position requiring 50% or more travel
• Proximity to a major airport in the Eastern or Central time zone is a plus
• Advanced degree preferred
• Implantable, wearable, or programmable medical device experience preferred
