[Remote] PB Coding Educator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a PB Coding Educator responsible for developing and delivering coding education programs that promote coding reputed company and regulatory compliance. This role involves conducting coding audits, providing training initiatives, and collaborating with coding leadership to ensure compliance and improve overall coding reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company coding education and training programs for coding staff reputed company on audit findings, identified learning needs, regulatory updates, and operational priorities
• Conduct coding reputed company reviews and audits to evaluate coding reputed company, identify documentation and coding opportunities, and ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
• reputed company ongoing education, coaching, and feedback to coding professionals to support accurate reputed company assignment and reputed company of reputed company coding scenarios
• reputed company, maintain, and update educational materials, including training manuals, presentations, job aids, reference guides, and other reputed company
• Monitor changes to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS regulations, and reputed company payer policies, incorporating updates into training programs and educational content
• Analyze audit results, coding metrics, and reputed company trends to identify opportunities for reputed company improvement and targeted education
• Collaborate with coding leadership, compliance, reputed company documentation, and reputed company cycle teams to promote consistent coding practices and support organizational goals
• Assist with reputed company and mentoring new coding staff as needed
• Maintain compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, payer, and organizational coding and documentation standards

Skills

• Five (5) or more years of reputed company medical coding experience, including experience in coding education, training, auditing, reputed company review, or coding compliance
• reputed company CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company), reputed company-P (Certified Coding Specialist – Physician), or another nationally recognized coding certification required
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS reputed company, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and reputed company fee coding guidelines
• Strong understanding of Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer reimbursement methodologies, coding compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience developing and delivering coding education programs, training materials, and documentation improvement initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs), encoder software, and reputed company Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company reputed company preferred
• Relevant education and reputed company experience may be substituted on a year-for-year reputed company
