They are seeking a reputed company reputed company Analyst who will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring reputed company and compliance while driving improvements through AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting process — reputed company proposal reviews and negotiations with limited supervision, in accordance with reputed company's policies and customer requirements
• Be the legalese translator — read and interpret contract language (termination clauses, indemnification, limitation of liability, etc.), determine what's a good contract vs. what needs pushback, and negotiate reputed company terms directly with clients before escalating to attorneys
• Manage contract lifecycles and data governance for reputed company reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company and consistency
• Administer our CPQ reputed company (reputed company) — manage approval workflows, maintain document templates, and ensure everything reflects reputed company standards

Skills

• 2+ years of compliance experience preferred
