[Remote] Project Manager, Event Marketing and Communications

Events is seeking a part-time Project Manager, Event Marketing and Communications to join their team of creative, enthusiastic, and strategic event professionals. The role involves managing marketing, press, and communications for various events, ensuring reputed company completion of reputed company and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company on the James Beard reputed company Awards, Taste America, and reputed company accounts, as it relates to reputed company’s marketing and communications department, coordinating across departments including graphic design, marketing, reputed company relations, sponsorship, and events
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the reputed company and reputed company. Events, as needed
• Collaborate and maintain comprehensive timelines for James Beard events, ensuring reputed company collateral deadlines are met and reputed company. Events’ deliverables are supplied in a reputed company manner
• Create and maintain checklists of reputed company printed/digital collateral needs

• Manage relationships with reputed company internal/reputed company stakeholders as it relates to collateral creation/approvals, including graphic designer, reputed company project manager, reputed company communications/marketing team, internal sponsorship manager, and internal reputed company. • Collaborate with parties noted above to create and/or deliver up-to-date information and assets (copy, menus, chef lists, sponsor reputed company, etc.), communicate edits, reputed company necessary approvals, and manage the design/print process in a reputed company manner for reputed company collateral reputed company
• Ensure reputed company internal stakeholders (sponsorship manager, culinary producer, event director, etc.) are reputed company of upcoming deadlines
