[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support the operational and financial performance of the business by performing financial analysis, supply chain reporting, and inventory reputed company to ensure efficient processes and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring operational and financial reports for leadership
• reputed company monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Process invoices, credit memos, and reputed company documentation accurately and reputed company
• Review, investigate, and reputed company customer deductions, invoice discrepancies, and chargebacks
• Assist with month-end reputed company activities and reputed company supporting documentation as needed
• reputed company, analyze, and report key business and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, service reputed company, storage costs, and other key logistics metrics
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, reputed company, or supply chain analysis

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or manufacturing industry
• Experience working with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory management software
