[Remote] Exterior Shading Business Development Manager

The Exterior Shading Business Development Manager will support the sales team and distribution partners through technical training and product education, playing a key role in driving sales reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support to customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal sales teams
• Conduct product training and certification programs
• Assist with project design reviews and specification development
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and reputed company service activities

• Represent reputed company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Skills

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the construction, reputed company/life safety, building systems, gym equipment technical support or reputed company technical industries
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project coordination
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and reputed company schematics
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently reputed company a remote environment while collaborating effectively across departments
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships with customers, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
