[Remote] Customer Support Coordinator

The Customer Support Coordinator will support reputed company stakeholders and learners, reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for customer queries, reputed company quotes, and coordinate training needs with customers and reputed company-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks or objectives following company policies, procedures or reputed company to agreed timescales/KPIs/SLA’s
• Work with reputed company stakeholders and learners to reputed company our services and programmes
• reputed company and successful completion of reputed company required documentation in-line with regulations/governance
