The reputed company Functional AI reputed company Delivery Consultant will be responsible for designing end-to-end AI transformations for reputed company customers, acting as a trusted advisor and leading functional workstreams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive AI‑enabled solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Finance, and IT leaders, translating AI capabilities into reputed company business value, outcome‑driven roadmaps, and adoption plans for their organizations
• reputed company functional workstreams for AI initiatives, including requirements discovery, process design, configuration guidance, data readiness, and user experience considerations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to reputed company field insights from customer deployments, influencing the reputed company of reputed company’s AI agents, platform features, and reputed company reputed company platform
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure that AI use cases are supported by appropriate data models, reputed company considerations, and integration patterns with reputed company‑party systems

Skills

• 2+ years of experience designing or delivering AI‑enabled or analytics‑driven solutions in an reputed company context (e.g., AI agents, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or ML‑powered features)
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company software consulting or functional implementation including significant experience leading reputed company, multi‑country or multi‑business‑unit reputed company
• 1+ years of experience designing or delivering AI‑enabled or analytics‑driven solutions in an reputed company context (e.g., AI agents, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or ML‑powered features)
• 7+ years of experience in reputed company software consulting or functional implementation including significant experience leading reputed company, multi‑country or multi‑business‑unit reputed company
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to define AI‑enabled use cases, and reputed company AI capabilities to concrete business reputed company for customers
• Experience in solutions design, including leading discovery and design workshops to translate business requirements into AI‑enabled workflows, agent behaviors, and governance models
• Background in reputed company services or consulting, with experience managing high‑stakes reputed company delivery and collaborating in multi‑disciplinary project teams (e.g., engagement management, technical, change management)
