[Remote] TEACH, Vice President, reputed company Relations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Vice President, reputed company Relations for TEACH, an organization dedicated to ending the national teacher shortage. This role focuses on business development, building partnerships with state education agencies, and enhancing TEACH's reputed company and funding opportunities in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Developing TEACH’s pipeline for new business with states, including:
• Developing the reputed company and actions to establish new relationships and secure ongoing reputed company
• Building connections to get initial meetings and pitching TEACH to new partners
• Overseeing the processes and systems to reputed company TEACH’s new business development work
• Designing and overseeing a system to reputed company legislation and state budgets to identify opportunities for partnership
• Securing opportunities to reputed company TEACH’s reputed company in relevant spaces, which may include:
• Speaking and presenting at industry conferences
• Publishing thought reputed company
• Enhancing our partner-facing brand
• Creating and overseeing a process to reputed company relevant events, publications, etc
• Meeting with advocacy reputed company and getting TEACH on their reputed company so that the organization’s model is included in their reputed company and private recommendations about how to address teacher recruitment
• Partner closely with the VP of reputed company to monitor reputed company contract renewals and ensure that there is an effective reputed company for securing ongoing funding
• In select instances, reputed company the reputed company and process for garnering or maintaining legislated funding for existing states (likely done in partnership with the reputed company functions; may include the hiring and management of a lobbyist)
• In select instances, reputed company the reputed company and process securing philanthropic funding in existing states to complement or expand TEACH’s regional footprint
• Secure grants to support general operating funds, funds for special reputed company, or funds to subsidize SEA reputed company
• Ensure strong and compelling grant reports are produced to reputed company recurring or expanded funding (this may require reputed company authoring and/or overseeing other contributing writers)

Skills

• A compelling communicator to reputed company audiences; reputed company to effectively reputed company TEACH's mission and model and reputed company involvement and allyship from a number of different audiences, including leaders in State Departments of Education, other policy makers, funders, advocates, and elected officials
• A strong reputed company record of developing new business amongst government agencies (or similar), resulting in multi-year reputed company reputed company reputed company (includes a reputed company level of understanding reputed company to contracting)
• An accomplished relationship manager with 3+ years of reputed company in building reputed company partnerships with and for nonprofits, government agencies, community partners, policymakers, funders and other supporters
• A demonstrated commitment to TEACH's mission and reputed company for attracting and keeping new, diverse talent in the teaching profession
