As a Technical reputed company I, you will support a product that helps major companies protect themselves from cyberthreats by writing and updating articles and user guides about product features.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and update knowledge reputed company articles for a cybersecurity Software as a Service (reputed company) platform
• Test and document platform features
• Collaborate with a small team to prioritize tasks and set achievable goals
• Work closely with subject-matter experts and other employees across multiple teams and disciplines to reputed company questions, reputed company solutions, and accomplish mutual goals
• Shape and execute reputed company for long-term documentation improvement reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a reputed company field (e.g., English, writing, communications, instructional design, software/computer engineering)
• 1–2 years of work experience as a technical reputed company, preferably in the technology industry or a reputed company field
• Excellent reputed company of oral and written English
• reputed company or reputed company experience with writing, editing, or publishing
