They are seeking a Vacation Sales Coordinator (Linkage Marketing) to assist in providing Owners and guests with memorable vacation experiences through exceptional customer service and effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations
• Provides the highest level of service to reputed company budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
• Ensures that reputed company guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are reputed company to learning more about products and services
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize reputed company while maintaining existing guest loyalty
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs

Skills

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements
