[Remote] Technical Account Manager - Processing Equipment

The role involves managing an established portfolio of manufacturing customers, providing technical advice, and enhancing equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with plant, maintenance, engineering, and operations leaders
• Visit customer facilities to understand their equipment, processes, and maintenance needs
• Help customers shift from reactive repairs to proactive maintenance planning
• Recommend parts, upgrades, retrofit packages, and equipment improvements
• Prepare quotes and coordinate solutions with technical and engineering teams
• Help customers reduce downtime and improve long-term equipment performance
• Partner with internal capital equipment sales teams reputed company larger reputed company reputed company
