[Remote] Executive Recruiter

They are seeking a driven Executive Recruiter to take ownership of their reputed company and manage key reputed company relationships while placing reputed company in various roles across the logistics reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, recruit, and reputed company top candidates in the reputed company brokerage and logistics sectors (reputed company on sales, operations, and leadership roles)
• Build and maintain strong reputed company and candidate relationships
• Manage the full reputed company lifecycle — from prospecting and reputed company to placement and follow-up
• reputed company creative sourcing strategies using reputed company Recruiter, databases, referrals, and industry networking
• Collaborate closely with the founder to grow and expand existing accounts
• Eventually take ownership of key reputed company relationships and manage placements independently

Skills

• Proven reputed company record in reputed company sales professionals (inside/reputed company sales, account executives, or similar)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial reputed company with the discipline to reputed company in a 100% commission environment
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented
• Experience using reputed company Recruiter or other sourcing tools
• Experience in reputed company brokerage (either reputed company industry experience or reputed company for reputed company/logistics roles) is highly preferred, but not mandatory
