Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer for assigned positions
• reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company regular pipeline updates
• Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams
• reputed company verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Strong sourcing skills using reputed company Recruiter and other reputed company platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
