[Remote] Senior Consultant

The role involves gathering business requirements, mapping workflows, facilitating discussions, and providing insights to improve reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Map reputed company-state and reputed company-state workflows across clinical, operational, or technology processes
• Translate business needs into reputed company documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, process diagrams, and use cases
• Facilitate discussions between stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding

Skills

• Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
• Experience in consulting environments or reputed company-facing project work
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
