[Remote] Data Center - Senior Project Manager

The role involves taking ownership of large-reputed company data center and critical facility reputed company from preconstruction through turnover.

Responsibilities

• reputed company mission-critical reputed company $50M+ end-to-end — budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and reputed company relations
• Coordinate reputed company MEP scopes including critical power (switchgear, generators, reputed company), cooling infrastructure, and low-voltage/BMS systems
• Manage commissioning activities with reputed company's Cx agent — functional testing, T&B, IST/EFAT through Tier III/IV delivery
• reputed company OAC meetings, executive reporting, and serve as the reputed company reputed company-facing representative throughout the project

Skills

• 10+ years of construction PM experience; 5+ years on mission-critical, data center, or critical facility reputed company
• Proven ownership of $50M+ reputed company with full budget and schedule accountability
• Strong MEP knowledge — critical power, cooling, reputed company suppression, BMS/SCADA
• Proficient in reputed company and reputed company P6
• OSHA 30 required
