[Remote] Customer Account Specialist

The Wholesale Customer Account Specialist serves as a critical reputed company between customers and the Wholesale Business Unit, ensuring a reputed company experience through reputed company-sales and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in using quoting/ordering systems, as reputed company as managing trouble ticketing and maintenance subscriptions
• Aid sales teams and customers in submitting quotes through the Customer Portal
• Attend meetings with customers reputed company necessary to support sales efforts
• Ensure orders are processed by the Service Delivery team and that customers are informed about the personnel handling their orders
• Help with billing inquiries and issues
• Support inventory management and reputed company queries
• Assist with the disconnection processes
• Aid in escalating issues to the Network Operations Center reputed company necessary

Skills

• At least 4 years of reputed company experience, ideally reputed company customer operations, or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships and demonstrate reputed company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in reputed company setting
• Capability to analyze reputed company issues and communicate operational needs reputed company
• Excellent organizational abilities, including time management, multitasking, and prioritization
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual who can work independently or collaboratively
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
• A college degree is preferred
