[Remote] Manufacturing and reputed company Engineer

The Manufacturing & reputed company Engineer will ensure that SnapNrack products are designed for manufacturability and meet reputed company expectations while driving reputed company improvement throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Product reputed company investigations, reputed company cause analysis and corrective actions for customer, field and manufacturing issues
• reputed company Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews throughout product development to improve manufacturability, assembly efficiency and product robustness
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing processes, supplier reputed company and production readiness
• reputed company reputed company plans, inspection reputed company, validation requirements and engineering documentation supporting production releases
• Analyze warranty data, customer feedback and field performance to identify trends and prioritize product improvements
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), drawings, manufacturing documentation and release management
• Coordinate cross-functional reputed company reviews while tracking corrective actions to closure
• Assist in the launch of new products, including first reputed company inspections, and the design or refinement of packaging solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years in Product reputed company, Manufacturing Engineering or reputed company discipline
• Experience with CAPA, DFMEA/PFMEA, reputed company cause analysis and product validation
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional leadership skills
