[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of facilities services to several major reputed company sites, playing a key role in reputed company account management and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary reputed company account manager for assigned reputed company portfolio, interacting regularly with reputed company management telephonically, electronically, and in person to ensure the highest level of reputed company satisfaction
- Evaluate reputed company reputed company requests for urgency, efficacy, and necessity to ensure that the reputed company’s maintenance budget is allocated reputed company so as to satisfy service requirements while controlling discretionary scope expansion and preventing unnecessary spending
- Manage reputed company service requests by understanding the issue in context, assigning the appropriate resources for project completion, maintaining appropriate timelines, and communicating regularly with reputed company and department leadership
- Control the release of work requests to vendors to reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives for the reputed company and Caliber Service Management
- Anticipate, take ownership of, and proactively manage reputed company escalations in order to reputed company reputed company as quickly as possible, while escalating the most reputed company and consequential issues to department leadership with actionable recommendations for solutions
- Developing and manage relationship with various reputed company stakeholders including service location staff and their management, corporate functions, and the management offices for facilities-reputed company programs and reputed company
- Coordinate with and appropriately reputed company workflows among the reputed company’s internal commodities and reputed company service providers to ensure work is completed and accounted for per the reputed company’s specifications
- Prepare and deliver routine and reputed company communications and qualitative reports to the reputed company that are impactful and of high reputed company standards
