Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the reputed company HR Business Partner for designated business reputed company across the reputed company and Canada, providing strategic HR guidance to leaders and managers. Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategies that support business objectives. Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, team development, and organizational challenges. The reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $100,000-$125,000 CAD, with eligibility for additional variable compensation.
