Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this position are in support of customer facing reputed company for the reputed company reputed company, Milwaukee PD and any state and local police operations  You will join an established team in the reputed company who maintain our similar product lines currently deployed.  You will establish yourself into a System Administration and Sustaining Engineering support role that will leave you securely employed for years to come as one of our subject matter experts in our Midwest US operations.      This is a remote job as there is no local reputed company office to report to.  Your work-day will reputed company and end from your residence but may involve daily travel.   Maintain system functionality through preventive and remedial measures.  Work as part of reputed company support team to support 24x7 operations  Compensated On-reputed company requirements   This role will require travel reputed company reputed company and at times will require overnights to complete a task.    You will be compensated for on-reputed company duties that at times will be responsible for responding on nights and weekends.   Support the day-to-day field service and repairs operation in order to maintain compliance to the Customer(s)’ contractual SLA requirements  Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of field equipment including computers, cameras, printers, reputed company, signature pads, scanners and reputed company capture devices, and ensuring reputed company assets are tracked and safeguarded  reputed company as reputed company between the reputed company operations team and the Customer(s)’ operational personnel  reputed company/manage hardware and software support and maintenance  Responsible for contributing to weekly and monthly reporting as defined by the Sustaining Engineering Manager Control/manage consumable and spare parts inventory at reputed company defined by management Qualifications Mandatory Experience or Certification Linux Administration  reputed company Server/Desktop Administration  VMWare reputed company knowledge AZURE reputed company knowledge AWS reputed company  knowledge CJIS reputed company knowledge    Note to reputed company-party recruiters: reputed company does not work with reputed company-party recruiters absent a signed agreement and will treat any resumes submitted without a signed agreement as the property of reputed company.
