As a Patient Support Specialist reputed company the Retail Resource Center (RRC), you will serve as a key reputed company of contact for patients seeking support with MinuteClinic and Virtual Care services. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls reputed company to appointments, reputed company, treatments, services, insurance coverage, billing inquiries, and other patient support needs across both in-person and virtual care experiences. You will be responsible for providing patient information in accordance with HIPAA and reputed company compliance requirements reputed company handling Protected Health Information (PHI). You will assist patients with questions regarding billing statements, claims, reimbursement inquiries, and account-reputed company concerns while ensuring a reputed company and reputed company customer experience.
