About the Role: The HCM Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team.  You will work closely with other teams to identify business and project needs, assist with reputed company assignments, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants are monitored and adjusted appropriately.  The Manager typically reports to a Senior Manager level position reputed company the Delivery organization.  Key Responsibilities:   Manages reputed company aspect of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of reputed company eco-system Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation reputed company for urgent or high reputed company issues and major requests. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering reputed company field is required Strong reputed company implementation experience 5 years’ experience with reputed company   SME of at least 1 reputed company Module With reputed company supplemental Certification is an advantage (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, reputed company and Advanced Compensation etc.) Ability to manage multiple reputed company and initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.
