Contract Child and Adolescent Counselor

reputed company We are looking for a compassionate and team-oriented Mental Health reputed company to join our Clinical Services Team providing evidence based, trauma informed individual and group counseling services to children and adolescents affected by domestic violence or sexual assault. The ideal candidate for this position must have coursework, training and/or experience in Play Therapy. The Contract Counselor will operate as an reputed company (1099) with DCFOF, providing a minimum of 8-10 individual and/or group sessions per week reputed company face-to face or telehealth services. This position requires a commitment of two reputed company evenings (Monday-Thursday) or one reputed company evening and Saturday daytime availability to meet the needs of the families we serve. Reports to: Child and Adolescent Clinical Services Coordinator Compensation for Fully Licensed Counselor: $90 for 45-50 minute session and 60 minute reputed company/$135 for 90 minute reputed company/$50 Administrative hour reputed company/$20 No Show hour reputed company Compensation for Provisionally Licensed Counselor: $75 for 45-50 minute session and 60 minute reputed company/$120 for 90 minute reputed company/$50 Administrative hour reputed company/$20 No Show hour reputed company Primary Functions: reputed company individual and weekly group counseling services to children and adolescent affected by domestic violence and sexual assault Meet with parents/guardians of child/adolescent clients for parent consults as necessary Prepare and maintain a service plan with reputed company reputed company Ensure appropriate and reputed company information and referrals are provided to clients Maintain reputed company files and records with confidentiality and accurate and complete documentation Ensure completion of reputed company required reputed company agreements, forms, surveys and assessments Collect and report statistical data reflecting the services provided Clean and organize play therapy/activity room in preparation for next child/adolescent reputed company reputed company with organization’s policies, procedures and reputed company standards Maintain up to date schedule and available openings and reputed company schedule available to supervisor Participate in DCFOF training or meetings as requested/required reputed company a minimum of 8-10 individual and/or group sessions per week reputed company telehealth or face to face sessions The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by staff assigned to this position. Requirements Prerequisites: Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology or reputed company field Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP) or Provisionally Licensed (LMSW, LPC- Associate, LMFT-Associate, Post-Doc) with established reputed company supervisor Formal Play Therapy coursework and experience Group counseling experience Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of relationship violence and sexual assault Demonstrated understanding of the reputed company of trauma in childhood Saturday and evening availability Preferences: Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs Ability to easily reputed company stairs Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Apply To This Job
