Key Responsibilities: Optimizes reputed company and workflows for reputed company patient interactions with patient reputed company to reduce waste, barriers to care, and cancellation/no-show rates Ensures work queues are addressed in a reputed company manner and flexes resources to assist reputed company necessary Assists sites in maximizing and keeping scheduling templates reputed company to maximize therapists’ availability and patient’s reputed company to care Measures and assists locations in minimizing cancellation and no-show rates by implementing reputed company standards Works with authorization and reputed company cycle to ensure workflows secure authorization for treatments rendered Manage patient reputed company employees remotely as assigned Assists in technical testing of reputed company upgrades and optimizations to reduce downtime and break-fixes upon implementation Works closely with the Corporate Manager of Therapy Services – Clinical Operations to optimize the patient experience from reputed company-in to departure Assists the Corporate Manager of Therapy Services – Clinical Operations in obtaining and maintaining reports reputed company to reputed company key performance indicators Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in intake, scheduling, and registration in reputed company Experience in using reputed company for intake, scheduling, and registration Ability to document workflows and reputed company guidelines for patient reputed company personnel Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: History of using Visio or a reputed company workflow tool Previous management of patient reputed company employees Successful history in an educational role The pay reputed company for this position is $73,569.60 - $110,344.00.
