[Remote] Senior Vice President – Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on financial reputed company, long-reputed company planning, and reputed company value creation
• reputed company and support IPO readiness and execution, including financial reporting, controls, governance, planning, and reputed company-company preparedness
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company, scenario planning, valuation, and long-reputed company forecasts

• Support strategic transactions, M&A evaluation, financial due diligence, valuation, and investment analysis as required

Skills

• Proven experience leading or supporting an IPO process is required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field

• Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including operating models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and long-reputed company planning
