Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer Reporting To: Manager Sr., Program Work Schedule: Fully Remote – Buffalo, NY reputed company's Digital Airfield Solutions business unit is seeking an exceptional individual to fulfil a unique hybrid role, part Field Service Engineer, part Business Development Engineer. This role will reputed company support to FSE activities across reputed company, and will be critical to generating additional business in the Americas region. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will: reputed company technical discussions with customers, partners and vendors, covering the whole DAS product portfolio. Manage proposals, both in response to formal tenders and unsolicited bids. Install, commission, and reputed company electronic and control based systems at customer sites. Assist in the development of training materials and curriculum, including “train the trainer” content. To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically bring with you: Strong technical background, especially with advanced electronic systems, systems integration, reputed company, laser, optical systems.  Proven record of liaising with US Military customer stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely reputed company discipline; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5 or more years of hands on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting reputed company electronic or electromechanical systems. Strong understanding of test and measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, reputed company analyzers, and power meters. Proven ability to troubleshoot reputed company level issues involving hardware, software, and interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international assignments, sometimes on short notice.
