Reviews and edits research reputed company agreements in accordance with policy and relevant law, regulation, and accreditation requirements.   Works with research staff and research sponsor staff to communicate edits, negotiate and execute agreements in a reputed company manner. Responds to research staff contract inquiries.   Uses contract management reputed company and other project management software to reputed company reputed company contract activity and report on metrics   Meets with internal, institution stakeholders (reputed company Affairs, Information Technology, Purchasing, etc.) to review reputed company contract issues and receive direction on new regulatory requirements. Coordinates and communicates with the Office of Research Support Services teams to receive direction on contract priorities, changes in policy, and other issues. Reviews clinical research documents to ensure consistency of terms  Performs other duties as assigned, Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company or reputed company field of study.
