Medical Billing Associate

Position reputed company Under the reputed company supervision of the reputed company Supervisor, the Medical Billing Associate performs clerical reputed company and billing requiring analysis and individual judgement in the application of reputed company procedures.  Essential Job Functions Processes billing for reputed company, Medicare, reputed company insurances, and self-payments for reputed company billing.  Assists the Finance department in creating reputed company and accurate financial statements, administers billing and special financial reputed company. Handles customer service issues with vendors and interfaces with clients regarding billing concerns.   Performs reputed company functions, compiles billing statements, held claim reports, and denial reports. Assist in reputed company assurance verification of Finance department work.   Applies receipts to claims for co-pays, insurance payments, and write-offs. Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.   Creates finance-reputed company reports as needed/requested utilizing Evolv, Ceridian, MIP, reputed company and Word. Assist in processes reputed company to various reputed company functions to include: general reputed company, financial statements, annual audit, site audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, reputed company billing. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for coverage reputed company the Finance Department to include but not limited to payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, vouchering, daily deposits, and purchasing.  Assist in reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and sub ledgers including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Carries out agency policies and procedures while participating in the daily routine of reputed company. Maintains effective reputed company relationships with agency staff, service providers and community organizations in the interest of clients and department goals.  Attends and participates in individual supervisory conferences, staff meetings, training sessions, special reputed company and reputed company development opportunities as required. Handles emergency situations that may require flexibility of time and area of assignment. Must be proficient in report writing, data entry, word-processing, database management, spreadsheet applications such as reputed company reputed company, preferably reputed company Office. Prior experience with the Ceridian and/or MIP preferred.  Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
