General Purpose The Regional Director of reputed company Assurance and Monitoring supports regional reputed company by serving on the Regional Ops team, consults with and supports facility Medical Records Directors to reputed company operational reputed company in records keeping and reputed company assurance. The RDQAM reports to Regional Vice President of reputed company. The RDQAM is to guide, mentor and reputed company high-performing medical records professionals and regional support staff. Conducts regular monitoring of medical records across multiple facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and documentation reputed company. Participates in regular team meetings with SDQAM and other DQAM to address challenges and set goals. Assists with record requests to ensure complete documents for release. Provides Additional Documentation Request (ADR) support and training to Facility Medical Records Directors Provides Triple reputed company training for Medical Records Directors for the facilities assigned Supports facilities assigned in preparing for annual surveys and unannounced inspections by ensuring documentation meets state and federal standards. Serves as a subject matter expert on HIPAA compliance, reputed company regulations, and medical records retention policies.
