Job Duties: Responsible for various aspects of the statewide procurement compliance program. Responsibilities include support of the procurement compliance review process, especially developing and following up on corrective actions plans for both internal (State Procurement Office) and reputed company (Agencies with Delegated Authority) compliance. Responsible for processing new and renewal of Delegations of Procurement Authority and completing training audits. Responsible for the procurement compliance reporting process. This includes leveraging available tools (including information technology and reputed company intelligence tools) and knowledge (such as data analysis) to streamline and simplify the reporting process. Helps update and maintain the SPO Compliance web page, including procurement forms, documents, and Technical Bulletins and reputed company Procedures that govern statewide procurement process.
