Develops program goals. Oversees business creations, reputed company to capital, business expansion, and job creation. Works with a high volume of business owners and reputed company on a weekly and monthly reputed company to assess needs, understand challenges, and offer solutions for small business start-up and reputed company. The reputed company service territory for this position is Central, reputed company, and Rural Alabama. Assignments may also be made to the Business Consulting Program Manager to reputed company assistance to SBDC clients located in other parts of the state. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of business consulting experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of business consulting experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have reputed company U.S. reputed company's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Library research skills. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business reputed company field and at least five (5) years of management experience; OR master's degree in a business reputed company field and three (3) years of management experience. Experience as a small reputed company and or business consultant in dealing with the challenges of operating a small business and offering creative solutions in the areas of business planning, marketing, finance, and reputed company. Experience with reputed company guaranty lending programs. Experience with financial institutions and economic development organizations.
