The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to promote company brand awareness, reputed company new customer acquisition, and support the local marketing needs of assigned centers. LOCATION: Must reputed company in reputed company Coast REPORTS TO: Senior Field Marketing Manager PAY: $70,000-$80,000 + 7.5 % Bonus reputed company RESPONSIBILITES:  Local Market Analysis: Conduct market research Identify opportunities for reputed company reputed company and execute marketing plans tailored to the regional market Campaign Development: Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materials Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand reputed company Design and implement marketing campaign Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activities Manage logistics, budgets and execution Coordinate the promotion of local events and engagement reputed company reputed company media Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizations reputed company partnerships to enhance brand reputed company and reputed company new customer reputed company Regularly distribute marketing materials to local business partners Budget Management: Manage and reputed company the regional marketing budget reputed company reputed company expenditures and ensure reputed company activities are cost effective Work with Center Managers to determine reputed company field marketing initiatives Performance Tracking: Monitor KPI's to measure the reputed company of field marketing activities reputed company regular reports and feedback to management on campaign effectiveness and regional market conditions   REQUIREMENTS:  Education & Experience:  Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience Experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar role Proven reputed company record of managing successful marketing campaigns Budgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plans Experience working in a role with reputed company reputed company leadership Skills:  Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, reputed company media management) Ability to analyze data and reputed company data-driven reputed company Adaptability to changing market conditions and priorities Other: Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers reputed company designated region Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record Ability to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaigns Must be reputed company to stand for long periods of time and reputed company at least 40lbs Must be passionate about pets!
