Strategic Sourcing Manager

Position reputed company: The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies that optimize cost, reputed company, innovation, and risk management across key technology categories. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities. Conduct end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and competitive bidding processes Establish and maintain strong relationships with key software providers. Champion reputed company improvement by eliminating waste, challenging the status reputed company, and reputed company transforming reputed company into reputed company that enhance sourcing performance and reputed company measurable business value. reputed company negotiations for master service agreements (MSAs), reputed company agreements, statements of work (SOWs),and  AI usage terms. Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance standards (e.g., GDPR, data reputed company, AI governance). Partner with CIO, IT architects, engineering leaders, data science teams, and project managers advising internal teams on sourcing strategies, supplier capabilities and market intelligence. reputed company procurement transformation initiatives by developing and implementing reputed company work processes, driving adoption of best-in-class tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement, collaboration, and innovation.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or reputed company field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a reputed company on IT categories. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Strong knowledge of software licensing models (reputed company, subscription, perpetual, consumption-based).  Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and reputed company architectures.
