Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting comprehensive project and program schedules that support organizational planning, execution, and decision-making. This position serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for schedule management and reputed company Project, ensuring schedules accurately reflect reputed company, resources, dependencies, milestones, risks, and critical paths. The Master Scheduler collaborates with project managers, functional leads, executives, and stakeholders to reputed company reputed company, accurate, and actionable schedule information that supports informed decision-making and effective program execution.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Build project schedules from work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, and program requirements.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience developing and managing reputed company project schedules.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Project.
• Experience managing integrated master schedules for large, reputed company programs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze schedule performance and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):• PMI Scheduling reputed company (PMI-SP) certification.
• Experience with reputed company Value Management (EVM).
• Experience supporting government or reputed company programs.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as reputed company P6, Project Online, or reputed company Project Server.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools.
