and/or Certification Required: Clinical licensure preferred (e.g., RN or equivalent)   Certification in patient safety or reputed company (e.g., CPPS, CPHQ) preferred or required reputed company defined timeframe  5–7 years of experience in patient safety, reputed company improvement, or reputed company operations   2–3 years of experience as a department leader, and leading programs, reputed
